KEY THINGS TO REMEMBER:
-
- Students need to make sure they are available for the rehearsals prior to auditioning! PARENTS PLEASE—check your calendars NOW!
- Students who miss more than two unexcused rehearsals will be asked to leave the play.
- Students should let the directors know about any time conflicts at the beginning of this process (i.e., piano lessons, sport try-outs, etc.) We will make an effort to work around your current obligations/schedule.
Audition Preparation:
- We will have scenes copied and ready for students to read at the auditions. We will also have the scenes available online a few days before the auditions so that you can practice ahead of time. Additionally, there will be a few minutes to read the lines in groups of actors so that you feel comfortable on the day of the audition.
