| About me: This is my 22nd year working in the Mercer Island School District. I have been a Reading Specialist since I've been in the district. Before coming to MISD I taught in a Gifted program, a Resource Room, a general education 3rd grade room and a 3/4 split. I have a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and General Education and a Master's degree in Reading. I have been trained in Wired for Reading, LETRs and Orton-Gillingham. I am so grateful to work with students in this role! | |
