MISD Hosting Community Budget Webinar on January 9

Mercer Island, WA, December 12, 2024 – The Mercer Island School District is hosting a Community Budget Webinar on Google Meet Thursday, January 9 from 6-7pm.
The purpose of the webinar is to update our community on the current MISD budget and student enrollment.
Superintendent Dr. Fred Rundle will lead the webinar, which will include presentations from Executive Director of Finance & Operations Matt Sullivan.

The webinar will be recorded and made available on the MISD website and YouTube channel for community members who are not able to tune in live.
We encourage you to share the Google Meet link with family and friends on the island you think could be interested in the webinar.

Mercer Island School District elementary schools will be holding guided Fall and Spring Open House Tours on Wednesday, November 4, and Wednesday, April 7.

The City of Mercer Island and the Mercer Island School District are partnering to host an E-bike/E-moto Community Forum on Tuesday, November 17, at 6 p.m. at Islander Middle School.

Bill embodied the true meaning of belonging. He was compassionate and caring and built lasting relationships with colleagues and students. He was a mentor and source of wisdom and kindness for many of his peers and many of our students.

Mercer Island School District in partnership with the Mercer Island Preschool Association (MIPA) will be hosting a Kindergarten Information Night on Wednesday, October 21, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm in the library at Island Park Elementary for Mercer Island families.
